Leonardo DiCaprio is selling his rather bland looking apartment for a massive $23 million.
The Django Unchained actor bought the oceanfront Malibu property in 2002 for just $6 million, but is hoping to cash in on the real estate.

Leonardo, 37, had been offering the Cape Cod inspired compound for rent over the summer, but has now decided to put it on the market.

The recently-remodelled property boasts seven bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, but lacks strong character with its rather plain interior design.

While the outside of the home, which is located on Malibu Colony Road, is painted teal, almost every room has walls coloured in variants of either grey or white.
Luckily for Leo, who is currently filming The Wolf of Wall Street, it is the outdoor amenities that are most likely to prove a hit with potential buyers.

However, for those willing to take the property for a longer period, the rental price was cut to $75,000 a month.

The rental advert stated: 'DiCaprio just completed a beautiful remodel in time for summer and is now ready to lease the home out to someone who wants a temporary taste of how the stars live.

DiCaprio owns another home in Malibu but he spends most his time in New York, where he recently purchased a new eco-friendly Battery Park penthouse in Manhattan.
