The Secretary of State was hospitalized after
doctors found a blood clot during an exam related to the concussion she suffered during a fall earlier this month.
"Her doctors will continue to assess her condition, including other issues associated with her concussion," Philippe Reines, deputy assistant secretary of state, said Sunday.

She's being treated with
anti-coagulants and is expected to be stay at New York Presbyterian Hospital
for 48 hours so she can be monitored, CNN reports.
The 65-year-old, who
has visited more than 110 countries in the past four years, suffered a
concussion when she passed out and fell in her D.C. home.
Reports at the time
said dehydration suffered after a trip the former first lady took to Europe was
the cause of her fainting spell and thus the fall that concussed her.
Clinton was recently
named one of Barbara Walters's 10 most-fascinating people of 2012 and plans to
step down from her secretary post early next year.
