Gerard Piqué's son Milan was something of a lucky charm for the sportsman, watching as his father's FC Barcelona side beat AC Milan 4-0.

Sharing an adorable shot after the match, Gerard is seen standing alongside his singer wife Shakira, holding their one-month-old baby boy, who is decked out in a mini Barcelona strip.

As well as his Barcelona strip, Shakira was also seen toting her little boy in a Barcelona FC baby sling, complete with Gerard's number three, at a game late last month. 

Following the birth of baby Milan, Shakira said in a statement: 'Just like his father, baby Milan became a member of FC Barcelona at birth.'

 


He told ITV Sport: 'We believed from the first minute. We played a great game. To score early it helped a lot and the atmosphere was amazing.

'They knew we needed them and it was a great connection with the players and the fans. We were better from the start and we got what we needed.'
