Rebel Wilson and Ellen DeGeneres form a new group
Chatshow host Ellen DeGeneres and comic actress Rebel Wilson have formed a new group - RebEllen - which they launched with a rap about watching cat videos online.
In a comic skit for Ellen's show the Bridesmaids actress, 28, and the Oscar host, 56, unveiled their rapping alter egos to the enthusiastic audience - the aptly named duo, Rebellen.
'By popular demand we formed a rap duo called Rebellen - get it? - and our first album is dropping today,' said Ellen.
'It's called White Ladies Rapping. I thought I should have a release party right now,.'
While standing in front of a large tapestry of the two posing together in styles reminiscent of 1980's hip hop, the blonde rapping duos listed off their favorite tracks from their yet-to-be released album.
'Baby Got Backfat,' Rebel rattled off with a smile as the audience roared with laughter.
'One of my favorites is Booty Slap for Africa,' The ABC star said as she proudly began to slap her own bum.
'There's that one, One In The Hand Is Worth Two In The Bush. That's our more romantic kind of ballad.'
