Khloe Kardashian buys Justin Bieber's Calabasas home for $7.2 million.

On Thursday UsWeekly reported the 29-year-old has snapped up Justin Bieber's mansion, which is famous not only for being a notorious party pad, but also because it's in the neighborhood where the Baby singer allegedly egged a home.
It's not difficult to figure out why the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star - who in January sold the Tarzana love nest she once shared with Lamar Odom - chose this area: her neighbor will be sister Kourtney.
Bieber - who has been living in an Atlanta, Georgia rental - bought the 9,000 square foot Spanish style mansion that sits on 1.3 acres in 2012 for $6m. TMZ has reported Khloe paid $7.2m for the dream property.
The spread features a large kitchen with an island, a library, a home theater, a swimming pool with a hot tub and a guest house. There is also a graffitied skateboard ramp on the grounds, but that will most likely be removed.
Before Bieber, Eddie Murphy's ex-wife Nicole Murphy owned the property.
The Mediterranean style mansion is located in a gated community called The Oaks and is 22 miles from Hollywood, but only five minutes from her mother Kris Jenner's Hidden Hills home.
Khloe and Lamar sold their love nest to Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco for $5.49m almost two months ago, and on Wednesday she was spotted moving her belongings in.
It was reported on Monday Khloe became aware that house had been burglarized when she left it empty for a month.
It is believed $250,000 worth of watches and gold chains belonging to both her and Lamar were taken from the property. Police are reportedly looking into who committed the crime.
Kourtney and Scott Disick have bought Keyshawn Johnson's multimillion dollar Calabasas house just steps from Khloe's new home. It's been claimed he former NFL star sold the $5.8m home in early 2014.
