Keeping Up With The Kardashians favourite was joined by her friend Karlie Kloss, dressed in a beautiful, billowing dress as she took her star turn on the runway for designer Dontatella Versace.

The stunning dress fell to the floor in sheer netting, revealing a pair of sky-high platform shoes with metallic stud detailing.
