Kourtney Kardashian's former boyfriend, Scott Disick said he had been lonely since he broke up with his long time girlfriend.

Scott who immediately after their splitting during the summer returned to his playboy lifestyle revealed in an E! preview of the new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, to his ex and her mother Kris Jenner how much he misses being a part of their lives.

The emotionally wrought scene is the first time fans have seen the 32-year-old party boy on the show after he was ostracized from the clan following cheating allegations in July.

Kris, 59, is seen tearfully telling Scott during the confrontation, 'It breaks my heart to see her in pain'.

Scott hides his eyes behind sunglasses and his voice cracks as he says: 'It's been a really hard time, going from like, having all of you guys to having nobody.'

Kourtney, 36, wiping tears from her eyes, tells the self-proclaimed 'Lord Disick' - who has struggled with drink and substance abuse in recent years: 'You forget what happens when you're on a binge'
