Nicki Minaj has joined the A-list ranks as she Launches her Perfume Down Under

The star debuted her scent in Sydney, Australia on Thursday and as usual donned one of her quirky outfits during the presentation.

Showing off her acting skills with a host of facial expression ranging from shocked to surprised to a move resembling the robot, Nicki greeted her fans in a cupcake shaped dress.

The very elaborate and colourful costume featured a layered skirt, ruffles and prints, making the dress look more like a tasty desert rather than a fashion item.

Nicki teamed up the frock with a frizzy blonde wig, bright blue boots and her usual colourful make-up.

The quirky pop star was greeted by a host of fans as she launched her perfume Down Under, and entertained the crowd with her energetic and animated appearance.

The Australian launch of the fragrance seemed to go a lot smoother than a previous US bash held in the singer's honour.
